Unclemole Super was developed for pipe jacking rock, boulders, cobbles, and evenly layered soil containing sandy or clayey soil. 

 

Reflective steering guidance (RSG) is installed to ensure pipe jacking with high precision.

 

The excavation system for rock (uniaxial compressive strength of up to 200 MN/ ) uses a cutter head equipped with a roller cutter to crush the rock. 

 

The crushed rock is taken into the machine through the opening in front of the cutter head. The rock is then crushed by the powerful crushing force of the eccentrically moving cone crusher until it becomes small enough to be transported by slurry and gets discharged out of the shaft.
