LMS (LUBRICANT MIX SOIL) SYSTEM
Overview
The lubricant mix soil (LMS) system is a system that enables jacking with low thrust force. The soil will be improved to one with very low shear resistance by mixing the ground around the pipe with lubricant. Longer-distance jacking compared to conventional method is possible with this system.

1 Applicable to Unclemole, open-face, earth pressure balance and other jacking methods
2 Long-distance jacking is possible by installing lubricant injection equipment at the front end and the middle of the machine
3 Long-distance jacking is possible with thrust jack, which shortens the construction period
4 Manual labor can be saved with automatic lubrication injection. Lubricant injection equipment is reusable and therefore economic
5 Compatible with pipe ID 600mm to 3,000mm.
